Pancake Day


 


Ash Wednesday 2004, Simon and I belatedly cook up some very tasty pancakes.

 


Our toppings included gourmet chocolate and hazelnut spread, ice-cream, Maltesers, apple, honey, syrup, lemon juice, sugar, golden syrup and raspberry jam.

 


Delicious but very filling! I ate so many pancakes that I was too full for breakfast the next day.
